Sincere Appreciation for Our Service at the Merton House

All the way from Kildorrery, County Cork, Ireland, John Pigott joined the members of the JFK Division of the AOH to help serve a bountiful breakfast at the Merton House. Brother Joseph O’Keefe of Cape Cod also joined in the merriment and helped provide a hearty morning meal to those in need. Joseph specialized in overseeing the sugar supply while John Pigott’s pancakes were “selling like hot cakes”. The whole production was capably overseen by our own Steve Baunach, who had the following to say:

Brothers,

Thanks for coming out to represent another AOH sponsored breakfast event this morning. By all accounts, we preformed a fine act of charity to epitomize the mission of the AOH. It is always special to see spousal involvement, extended family, and first time volunteers step up.
